Shipment and return

Standart delivery:

Norway approximately 1 – 4 working days.

Europe approximately 4 – 8 working days.

USA / Canada approximately 8 – 14 working days.

Rest of the world approximately 7 – 20 working days.

All prices are without shipping costs and VAT.

Packages are generally dispatched the same or the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Post Nord with tracking number or drop-off without signature.

There is  buyers responsibility to give correct shipping – billing information and pick up the parcel within time.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic / quality control reasons, Karma Salong can not accept returns of any used or tried products, unless there are manufacturers defects or any quality concerns beyond the customer control.

Right to return within 14 days of delivery.
